Senior AssociateZack Martin is a Senior Associate and partner of the Car Wash Division within the Colliers Houston office. Apex Advisors is a full-service national investment advisory group specializing in the acquisition and disposition of car washes and NNN assets throughout the United States. The team’s expertise and network of qualified private investors, family offices, developers, and private equity-backed car wash chains enables them to provide tailored solutions for their clients to exceed their investment goals.
Whether you are a car wash operator, exchange buyer, or private equity firm, Zack’s extensive market knowledge and hands-on approach with industry leaders allows him to advise his clients ensuring their capital and portfolios are properly positioned. Prior to joining Colliers, Zack worked at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division within Marcus & Millichap.
During his tenure, he worked closely with capital markets focusing on larger, institutional-grade assets helping facilitate transactions for institutions, REITs, private equity firms, and syndicators. Before his career in commercial real estate, Zack spent time in commercial laundry equipment sales managing both national and local accounts, and in the energy industry as a downstream mechanical engineer.
Zack attended the University of Oklahoma where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. When Zack is not in the office, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, concerts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
