Colliers announces the addition of the Etsky Car Wash Team with Ben Etskovitz, Sam Etskovitz, and Mason Rabel joining the Houston office. Specializing in acquisition, disposition, M&A, 1031 Exchange, and sale-leasebacks, the team adds significant value serving an unspecialized asset class.
The team joins Colliers as a full-service car wash advisory group operating throughout the United States. Over the years, the team has built long-term relationships with operators, family offices, financial partners, REITs, private equity firms, developers, and owners creating a competitive advantage to better serve their clients. The team consistently ranks as a top M&A advisor within the industry and has been featured in Carwash.com, Car Wash Magazine, Auto Laundry News, Petroplaza.com, and many more.

Prior to joining Colliers as Vice President, Ben worked at Marcus & Millichap co-founding the firm’s Houston-based Car Wash Division with the vision of adding value to clients by specializing in a traditionally unspecialized asset class. Ben is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of The University of Arizona where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communications.

Sam currently serves as Vice President and joins Colliers after a successful career at Marcus & Millichap where he co-founded the firm’s Houston Car Wash Division. While at Marcus &Millichap, Sam led a team of car wash advisors to transact over $100 million of car wash and NNN assets. Sam is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Real Estate Finance.
Mason is an Associate and the first added partner to the Etsky Car Wash Team at Colliers. Prior to joining Colliers, Mason worked at Marcus & Millichap where he initially joined Ben and Sam Etskovitz in the firm’s Houston Car Wash Division. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Mason attended Louisiana State University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance accompanied by a minor in Construction Management.
